I graduated from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2002 and have represented hundreds of people in many different areas of legal issues. I learned quickly that the most important factor in a successful and positive working relationship is being genuine and putting my client’s goals before my own.  My experience as an attorney has given me the tools to examine each transaction with a trained eye. My 17 years of legal work including negotiations, contract drafting, client management, and issue identification will serve you, my client, very well in our working relationship.

I started working with Shorewest Realtors in June of 2018 where I have sold over 11 Million Dollars in sales.  My guiding goal when selling your home will be to have the greatest amount of proceeds in the shortest amount of time while having a smooth and streamlined transaction.   My goal for my buyers when purchasing a home is to work with you to identify and then find the right home that meets both the “Needs” and “Wants” that are unique to each person. Then through negotiations, market analysis, and planning for inspection issues we will buy the right home at a great price.

My focus is to provide my clients value each day and to exceed expectations through a solid demonstration of competence of the issues surrounding real estate transactions and sincere caring and understanding of my client’s needs. We will work together from the very beginning all the way to closing where your goals are achieved and there is clarity in each step of the process.

I do not believe that a trusted real estate advisor is there for just the sale or purchase of a home. I provide continual value through information and analysis of real estate trends and market valuation. Your home is likely your largest single investment and knowing its worth is supremely important. It is important that an owner knows the value of the home in the current market, especially after the purchase of it. We will monitor the value regularly and discuss the impact of the market on your property.
